Pulled pork Korean style Tacos with a crispy Asian salad!
It was a massive hit... who doesn’t love a taco!
Ingredients:
Pulled pork
Honey
Soy sauce
Garlic
Ginger
Sweet chilli
Fish sauce
Fresh chilli
Coriander
Carrot
Radish
Lime
Tacos
Method:
I had slow roasted my pork for 8 hours in the oven the day before. Simply add the soy, honey, garlic, ginger, sweet chilli, fish sauce to a pan on a low heat. Cook slowly until thick. For the salad, slice the carrots into slender sticks, chop the coriander, chilli & radishes! Once the sauce has thickened stir in the pulled pork and assemble! Serve with a squeeze of lime!
