Molten Chocolate Valentines Pudding

Happy Valentines to you all! ❤️💌❤️💌❤️💌❤️💌❤️💌Here is my molten chocolate valentines pudding with a berrie coulis! All you need is 100g of self raising flour, 75g of coco, 3 eggs, 150g of brown sugar, 4tbsp milk, 1tsp of bicarbonate of soda and 85g butter. Firstly mix the butter and sugar, then the eggs. Next add in the sifted flour & coco powder & bicarbonate. Add a little mix to loosen the mixture. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180. I served mine with a berrie coulis! Enjoy xxx.💌
