Nectarine and Strawberry Tart:

Nectarine & strawberry tart! An absolute show stopper & one to please all! This one looks impressive but in fact is one of the easiest things to make! If you haven’t got the time or patients for the sweet tart base then you can buy one.

Ingredients:

1 punnet of strawberries

3 nectarines

1/2 pot of mascarpone

1/2 Greek yoghurt

3 tbsp honey

Mint

Method:

Slice all the fruit. Then whip the mascarpone, yoghurt & honey together. Assemble in the tart & sprinkle some mint & serve!
