Mollies Millionaire’s Shortbreads:

Super indulgence Millionaire’s Shortbreads:


Ingredients:

Shortbread

Plain Flour 220g

Sugar 70g

Butter 170g

Method:

Mix them all together with your finger tips and then kneed until you have a dough. Place into a prepared baking dish, and squish. Using a fork poke some holes in the surface of the shortbread and bake in the oven at 180 for 20min.


Caramel Layer:

100g light brown sugar

150g butter

Method:

Tin of carnation condensed milk - place the butter into a heavy based pan and melt. Once melted add the sugar (be careful not to burn it - keep mixing!). Once a rolling boil starts, add the tin of condensed milk. Simmer until thickened. Add a sprinkle of salt! Add this to the cooled shortbread.


Chocolate layer:

200g of chocolate

Simply melt the chocolate and add to the caramel layer once it has cooled. Leave to set in the fridge for 1 hour. Love Mollie x.
