Turkish Eggs (Serves 1)

If you’re looking for the perfect brunch idea... Turkish Eggs!


Ingredients:

2 poached eggs

Chorizo (leave out for veggie option)

Yoghurt

Garlic

Butter

Chilli flakes


Method:



- firstly get a bain-marie and heat up the yoghurt and garlic until it is body temperature then remove from heat. - secondly put the butter and chorizo into a heavy-based saucepan and cook it until the butter is golden brown. This should take around 4- 5 minutes (keep an eye on it) - Poach your eggs so they are soft and runny in the middle

- To serve, place the yoghurt in the middle of the dish and drizzle the butter and chorizo mix around the outside. Splash a little in the centre and place the poached eggs in the middle, sprinkled with chilli flakes and parsley or


chives.

Delicious!
