Creamy Salmon Pasta

Creamy salmon pasta:

Ingredients:

1 salmon

1/2 pot of creme fresh

1 lemon

2 garlic cloves

Handful of peas

Coriander

Chilli

S&P

Method:

Simply, cook your salmon in a pan, skin side down until the skin is nice and crispy, then turn over. In another pan add the minced garlic, chilli & the rind & juice of a lemon.. then add in the creme fresh, peas & chopped coriander. Once the peas are cooked season & add a splash of the salty pasta water & voilá! Assemble and enjoy!
