Chicken and Prawn Pad Thai

My take on a Chicken & prawn Pad Thai! This turned out to be so easy & utterly scrumptious.
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
6 king prawns
2 pack of ribbon noodles
1 onion
1 pepper
2 garlic cloves minced
2 tbsp sweet chilli
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp sesame seed oil
2 eggs
Method:
Slice the chicken into thin strips & cook in a Wok with the sesame seed oil. Once browned, add in the onion & garlic & pepper. Once they have softened add in the soy, fish sauce, sweet chilli, peanut butter &
King prawns! Cook for around 2 minutes. Then remove the content of the wok into a bowl. Crack two eggs & scramble in the wok. Place the pad Thai mixture back into the wok with the eggs & mix! Add in the noodles & cook for 2 further minutes! SIMPLE! Serve with some crumbled peanuts, lime (I had none so used lemon) & spring onion
