Chicken Milanese (Serves 1)

So here is my Chicken Milanese with a garlic and tomato sauce:


Ingredients:

One Chicken breast

A handful of Parmesan

One Egg

100g Flour

Seasoning

8 Cherry toms

1 Garlic

Olive oil

Basil

Pasta


Method:

Firstly bash the chicken breast between 2 pieces of clingfilm until thin. Then coat the breast in the flour, then dip into the egg wash, then into the breadcrumb & Parmesan mix. For the tomato sauce simply chop up the cherry toms & garlic and slow cook them in a pan with lots of lovely olive oil! After 10/15 minutes add in the chopped basil. Cook the pasta in salty water. Fry the chicken breast for around 4 minutes each side until cooked. & serve! Love Mollie x.
